Integrity Roofing & Siding is a true Texas-grown company with roots going back 35 years. President Ronnie Suarez got his start in the roofing business by working for his father, also the owner of a roofing company.
Since day 1, Ronnie has been personally involved in the production, supervision, management and installation of over 5,000 roofs.

In 1990 at the age of 16, Ronnie started working with his father’s roofing company during the summer. By working his way up — from carrying shingles and cleaning job sites to project estimation and management — Ronnie learned all aspects of the roofing business.
Most importantly, he learned the importance of honesty and integrity. Never cut corners, and if you do make a mistake, own up to it and make it right.
In 2006 Ronnie started Integrity Roofing & Siding in San Antonio, Texas. Ronnie chose roofing not only because it was in his blood, but also because he loved helping homeowners improve their most cherished asset. One of his first hires was to bring in his father to serve as their production manager.
“I realized early on that we are in the business of relationships with our customers, so I strive to always be the best service provider that I can be and always do the right thing. And that’s why I named the company Integrity because that’s at the core of my business,” says Ronnie.
As a family business, Ronnie is joined by his wife, Stephanie, who is Vice President of business development. Feeling the entrepreneurial call, she left her public sector roots and focuses on constantly enhancing the customer experience and also leading the team’s development.
